Ways to help keep us going
White Oak EMS depends on your generosity to help keep us going. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, every contribution is tax-deductible and goes directly toward training, equipment, and life-saving care. Below are the ways you can support our mission.
United Way — Donor Option #2323
White Oak EMS is a United Way Donor Option participant. The Donor Option program gives total control to the contributor — unless designated, United Way contributions are put into a pool and distributed by the United Way.
Directing your funds to White Oak EMS is simple: mark the number 2323 in the Donor Option area of the contribution pledge card, and the United Way will direct your contribution to White Oak EMS.
Funds received through the United Way Donor Option Program are used exclusively for training of emergency personnel and to purchase life-saving equipment for our Advanced Life Support Ambulances. The Donor Option Program is separate from the Ambulance Plan; residents must still enroll separately in the Plan to gain Plan benefits.
